My Cellar
A wine cellar that lives on your phone.
We read every message.
Write to support@shoked.app and tell us what happened. If something went wrong with an import, attaching the CSV file helps us fix it quickly.
Tap Import from a file and pick a CSV file. It can come from a spreadsheet or from another wine app's export. Column names are matched automatically, in every language the app supports, so you do not need to rename anything first.
You always see a preview before anything is added, and imported wines are added to your cellar. Nothing already there is replaced.
If a row has no wine name, it is skipped and the app tells you how many were skipped.
Tap Export to a file at the bottom of your list. You get a CSV file you can save to Files, email to yourself, or open in a spreadsheet. This is free and always will be. Your data is yours, and the door out is not something we charge for.
An exported file can be imported straight back into the app, so it works as a backup.
Your cellar is stored on your device, which means it is private, and it also means it is not in a cloud we can restore from. Export a file now and then and keep it somewhere safe. If you delete the app, the cellar goes with it.
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open any locked feature and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. If the app says no purchase was found, that is almost always a different Apple ID rather than a lost purchase.
My Cellar is free for a small cellar. One payment, once, unlocks an unlimited number of bottles, cellar statistics, and file import. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
English, German, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Polish, Czech, Japanese and Korean. The app follows your phone's language.
Tell us the device, the iOS version, and what you did just before it went wrong. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
